  • Drive program execution, schedules, staffing plans, risk management, and milestone delivery.

  • Drive production readiness, go-to-market planning, and successful product commercialization.

Qualifications

  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 20+ years of semiconductor industry experience, including leadership of complex SoC/ASIC/Processor development programs.

  • Proven track record of multiple successful silicon tape-outs and product commercialization.

  • Strong expertise in SoC architecture, digital design, verification, DFT, physical design, silicon validation, and manufacturing.

  • Experience leading large cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.

  • Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Success Criteria

  • Successful first-time tape-out and commercialization of complex SoCs.

  • Predictable program execution with effective risk management.

  • Strong hardware-software alignment throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Successful delivery of customer, product, and business objectives.

  • Executive confidence through clear communication and stakeholder leadership.

  • Alignment of diverse teams around a common product vision and execution strategy.
