Summary of Role:
Manages all aspects of a diverse IT project or multiple IT projects, typically involving multiple disciplines in the IT function. Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met.

Essential Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of a diverse IT project or multiple IT projects, typically involving multiple disciplines in the IT function.
• Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met.
• Typically uses Scrum/Agile development techniques and tools for team collaboration, issue tracking, and backlog management.

Other Responsibilities

• Leads project teams and coordinates activities across multiple IT disciplines.
• Supports project execution through effective team collaboration and issue resolution.
• Promotes Agile methodologies and best practices to achieve project objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing diverse IT projects involving multiple disciplines within the IT function.
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile development techniques and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to direct staff and resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience utilizing Agile tools for team collaboration, issue tracking, and backlog management.
• Strong leadership skills and experience working across cross-functional IT teams.
