  • Develop and deliver technical training, workshops, demonstrations, and customer enablement activities covering development tools, SDKs, runtimes, simulators, and deployment workflows.
  • Create technical collateral, application notes, deployment guides, benchmarking reports, and best-practice recommendations that improve customer productivity, accelerate adoption, and demonstrate customer value.

      Operational Excellence & Customer Health

  • Participate in customer health reviews, support reviews, and technical status discussions while monitoring adoption progress, technical risks, escalations, and recurring support trends.
  • Contribute to metrics, dashboards, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer success, operational effectiveness, and Application Engineering execution.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's (or better) degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Application Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success Engineering, Technical Support Engineering, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Experience supporting semiconductor IP, embedded processors, AI accelerators, software platforms, SDKs, or development toolchains.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across software, hardware, and system-level environments.
  • Experience working directly with customers to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple technical engagements in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI inference, neural networks, model optimization, AI deployment, or performance benchmarking.
  • Familiarity with RISC-V architectures, embedded systems, processors, accelerators, compilers, or runtime software.
  • Experience with Python, C/C++, Linux, scripting, and software debugging tools.
  • Knowledge of robotics, edge AI, industrial automation, computer vision, automotive, or intelligent embedded systems.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and customers.
