Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content plans across key careers social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.)
• Create video, photo, and written content from concept to publication
• Identify employee stories and create UGC content that showcases our people, culture, and projects
• Manage social media content calendars and coordinate content distribution across channels
• Ensure content follows the company’s Tone of Voice and visual guidelines
• Monitor social media trends and identify relevant content formats and opportunities
• Track content performance and use analytics to optimize engagement and candidate conversion

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SMM, content production, or a similar role
• Portfolio showcasing your previous work
• Experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram
• Understanding of social media analytics and key content performance metrics (Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Analytics)
• Strong hands-on experience with short-form video production, including scripting, shooting, and editing
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual content creation skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator, along with hands-on experience using video editing software (e.g., CapCut)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage employees and internal teams in content creation
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

Will be a plus

• Experience in employer branding, HR, or recruitment marketing
• Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., fintech, banking, or trading), where content is subject to compliance review
• Familiarity with paid social advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
• Experience creating and adapting content for international, multi-country audiences
