L'opportunité

Le/La Coordinateur(trice) Logistique Site est responsable de la réception, de la manutention, du stockage, de la préservation et du suivi de maintenance des équipements, matériels et marchandises sur les sites HVDC.

Le/La Coordinateur(trice) Logistique Site est rattaché(e) fonctionnellement au HVDC Head of C&C Site Support et opère sous la responsabilité opérationnelle du Site Manager en charge du chantier.

Votre impact

Coordination des livraisons de matériel

  • Coordonner avec les équipes Supply Chain Management (SCM), les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants la planification et le suivi des livraisons de matériel, notamment les plannings, quantités, dimensions et exigences de stockage.
  • Assurer le suivi des approvisionnements et des livraisons des équipements fournis par les sous-traitants afin de garantir une visibilité régulière sur les dates de livraison prévues.
  • Évaluer les risques et retards de livraison avec les parties prenantes du projet et analyser leurs impacts potentiels sur les activités du site et le planning du projet.

Réception du matériel et logistique de site

  • Coordonner la réception, le déchargement et la manutention des matériels en toute sécurité en veillant à la disponibilité des équipements, ressources et mesures HSE nécessaires.
  • Contrôler les livraisons, vérifier la documentation d’expédition, identifier les écarts ou dommages éventuels et initier les processus de déclaration et de réclamation appropriés.
  • Maintenir des registres précis des matériels réceptionnés, mettre à jour les systèmes logistiques et communiquer l’arrivée des équipements ainsi que les actions associées aux parties prenantes concernées.

Gestion des réclamations qualité

  • Initier et gérer les réclamations qualité relatives aux matériels manquants, endommagés ou non conformes à l’aide des outils de reporting applicables.
  • Assurer le suivi de la résolution des réclamations et des délais de remplacement tout en maintenant une visibilité sur les sujets en cours.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes site, SCM et logistique afin d’évaluer les impacts, mettre en œuvre les actions correctives et clôturer les réclamations une fois résolues.

Gestion du stockage et de la préservation

  • Élaborer et maintenir les plans de préservation des matériels afin de garantir le stockage et la conservation des équipements conformément aux exigences des fabricants et du projet.
  • Assurer la traçabilité des stocks et la gestion des emplacements de stockage afin de faciliter l’identification et la mise à disposition des matériels.
  • Coordonner les transferts et remises de matériel avec les partenaires et sous-traitants en garantissant le respect des exigences de stockage, de préservation et de documentation.

Coordination des activités de maintenance

  • Coordonner les opérations de maintenance des équipements du site lorsque les intervalles de maintenance planifiés sont atteints pendant les phases d’exécution et de mise en service.
  • Suivre les heures de fonctionnement des équipements et s’assurer de la disponibilité des plans de maintenance, des ressources, des consommables et du personnel nécessaires.
  • Tenir à jour et transmettre les enregistrements de maintenance à l’équipe Projet pour la documentation finale du projet et du client.

 Gestion des pièces de rechange

  • Assurer la remise des pièces de rechange destinées au client dans les délais définis et conformément à la stratégie de transfert du projet.
  • Garantir la séparation et le contrôle des pièces de rechange client et des pièces de rechange de mise en service tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.
  • Coordonner avec les équipes projet et mise en service l’autorisation et la documentation du transfert des pièces de rechange au client.

 Gestion des matériels inutilisés et des déchets

  • Identifier les matériels inutilisés, réutilisables ou destinés à la mise au rebut en collaboration avec les parties prenantes du site et du projet.
  • Contribuer au transfert, au redéploiement, à la vente ou à la mise aux enchères des matériels excédentaires conformément aux procédures de l’entreprise et aux exigences SCM.
  • Coordonner l’élimination conforme des déchets et matériels hors d’usage via des prestataires agréés, dans le respect des réglementations locales et des standards HSE.

Votre profil

  • Expérience en logistique de chantier, supply chain, gestion d’entrepôt ou projets de construction, avec la capacité à gérer les flux de matériels dans un environnement projet dynamique.
  • Bonne maîtrise de la coordination logistique, de la gestion des stocks ainsi que des pratiques de stockage et de préservation des équipements, garantissant la traçabilité et l’efficacité opérationnelle.
  • Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec les équipes projet, les sous-traitants, les fournisseurs, les transporteurs et les clients, associée à de solides compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes.
  • Bonne connaissance des exigences HSE, des standards qualité et des processus logistiques, avec un engagement fort en matière de conformité et de sécurité au travail.
  • Esprit proactif, organisé et orienté solutions, avec la capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités, anticiper les risques et assurer une documentation ainsi qu’un reporting rigoureux.
  • Très bonne pratique des langues française et anglaise

The Opportunity

The Site Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the receipt, handling, storage, preservation and maintenance of goods and materials on HVDC sites.

The Site Logistics Coordinator reports functionally to the HVDC Head of C&C Site Support and is operationally under the direction of the Site Manager responsible for the construction site.

How You'll Make an Impact

1. Material Delivery Coordination

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain Management (SCM), suppliers, and subcontractors to plan and monitor material deliveries, including schedules, quantities, dimensions, and storage requirements.
  • Track procurement and delivery status of subcontractor-supplied equipment, ensuring regular updates and visibility of expected delivery dates.
  • Assess delivery risks and delays with project stakeholders and evaluate potential impacts on site activities and project schedules.

2. Material Receipt and Site Logistics

  • Coordinate the safe receipt, unloading, and handling of materials by ensuring the availability of required equipment, resources, and HSE controls.
  • Inspect deliveries, verify packing documentation, identify discrepancies or damages, and initiate the appropriate reporting and claim processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of received materials, update logistics systems, and communicate material arrivals and related actions to relevant stakeholders.

3. Quality Reporting and Claims Management

  • Initiate and manage quality claims for missing, damaged, or non-conforming materials using the applicable reporting systems.
  • Monitor claim resolution and replacement delivery schedules while maintaining visibility of outstanding issues.
  • Collaborate with site, SCM, and logistics teams to assess impacts, implement mitigation measures, and close claims upon successful resolution.

4. Storage and Preservation Management

  • Develop and maintain material preservation plans, ensuring equipment is stored and preserved according to manufacturer and project requirements.
  • Maintain clear inventory tracking and storage location records to support efficient material identification and retrieval.
  • Coordinate material handovers with partners and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with storage, preservation, and documentation requirements.

5. Maintenance Coordination

  • Coordinate maintenance activities for site equipment reaching scheduled maintenance intervals during project execution and commissioning.
  • Monitor equipment operating hours and ensure maintenance plans, resources, consumables, and personnel are available when required.
  • Maintain and hand over maintenance records to Project Management for final project and customer documentation.

6. Spare Parts Management

  • Manage the timely handover of customer spare parts in line with project requirements and approved handover strategies.
  • Ensure clear segregation and control of customer spare parts and commissioning spare parts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with project and commissioning teams to authorize and document the transfer of spare parts to customers.

7. Management of Unused and Scrap Materials

  • Identify unused, reusable, and scrap materials in collaboration with site and project stakeholders.
  • Support the transfer, redeployment, sale, or auction of surplus materials in accordance with company procedures and SCM requirements.
  • Coordinate the compliant disposal of scrap materials through approved waste management providers, ensuring adherence to local regulations and HSE standards.

Your Background

  • Experience in site logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or construction projects, with the ability to manage material flows in a dynamic project environment.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics coordination, inventory management, material storage, and preservation practices, ensuring traceability and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, transport providers, and customers, supported by strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of HSE requirements, quality standards, and logistics processes, with a commitment to compliance and safe working practices.
  • Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate risks, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
