This is a seasonal position ending in January 2027.

The work schedule is from Sunday to Thursday, including one evening shift until 9:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer service by assisting customers and addressing their needs via phone, email, or live chat.
• Respond to inquiries regarding purchases, online order status, merchandise, returns, as well as questions related to the loyalty program, events, and activities available on our website.
• Follow up on customer requests and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
• Inform and advise customers to ensure an experience that meets the organization's high standards of quality.
• Handle customer inquiries in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Desired Profile:

• Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to assist customers across Canada.
