About You
We are looking for experienced and ambitious recruiters who thrive in a high-performance environment.
To succeed at Silver.dev, you will have:
Advanced English skills (required).
5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in startups.
Experience sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in the $80K–$200K annual salary range.
Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Ashby, Gem, and similar platforms.
Our way of working
This is a hybrid position based in Villa Crespo, Buenos Aires. We work onsite four days a week and remotely one day a week (4x1).
We've intentionally chosen this model because we believe great recruiting is highly collaborative. What You'll Do
First Week
Receive your complete setup (computer, accounts, and recruiting tools).
Onboard with the founder and senior team members.
Start sourcing candidates for a designated client on your very first day.
Shadow recruiter interviews and conduct recruiter screenings.
First Month
Manage sourcing, screening, and candidate follow-up for a portfolio of companies.
Participate in day-to-day talent operations, including interview coordination, candidate and client follow-ups, and maintaining recruiting records.
Own clear success metrics and recruiting goals.
First 90 Days
Independently own client relationships and routine account management.
Master our recruiting tools and improve processes that impact the entire company.
Master our recruiting philosophy and become a proactive contributor to the team's success.
