As the Delivery Lead, you will take charge of leading our most critical and complex projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered with utmost excellence, adhering to schedule, budget and quality benchmarks. Your role will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships and supporting key sales pursuits, making you an integral part of our business growth strategy. Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and deliver large, complex technology implementation programs across multiple countries, ensuring successful execution from initiation through closure within a regional delivery model. 

• Own end-to-end program delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, contractual obligations, and commercial commitments. 

• Manage fixed-price and commercially sensitive projects with strong governance across: 

• Scope and change management 

• Project planning and scheduling 

• Financial management and cost control 

• Risk and issue management 

• Delivery execution and quality assurance 

• Develop, maintain, and govern comprehensive project plans, ensuring requirements are accurately defined, tracked, and managed throughout the project lifecycle. 

• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project and program risks, making critical adjustments as needed and securing alignment from senior leadership on key decisions. 

• Interpret and manage contractual obligations, ensuring delivery remains aligned with agreed scope, commercial terms, and client expectations. 

• Operate effectively within consulting and solution implementation environments, applying structured project delivery methodologies while adapting to client-specific requirements. 

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including CXO-level leaders, managing escalations, navigating complex situations, and driving successful business outcomes. 

• Provide technical and delivery leadership across Microsoft solution engagements by: 

• Guiding delivery teams on best practices 

• Contributing to architecture and integration discussions 

• Supporting informed solution and technology decisions 

• Lead cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams by driving accountability, resolving conflicts, maintaining delivery momentum, and mentoring team members to achieve high performance. 

• Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, partners, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery outcomes. 

• Navigate complex delivery environments across Southeast Asia (SEA), adapting to regional business practices, diverse teams, and varying customer expectations. 

• Leverage AI-enabled capabilities and emerging technologies within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to improve delivery efficiency, innovation, and overall project outcomes. 

• Drive continuous improvement and deliver results in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance delivery performance and customer value. 

• Foster a customer-centric culture while coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams across business units and practice domains, including AI, M365, D365 ERP and CRM programs. 

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field will be advantageous. We value a combination of hands-on expertise and educational background to achieve excellence in our projects. 

• 8+ Years of total working experiences 

• Proven experience leading technology project implementations across a regional environment, managing delivery across 3-5+ countries. 

• Strong understanding of contract management, commercial terms, and contractual obligations, with the ability to effectively manage client expectations and delivery commitments. 

• Extensive experience managing end-to-end project and program delivery within consulting and solution implementation environments. 

• Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with CXO and senior business stakeholders, manage escalations, navigate challenging conversations, and build trusted client relationships. 

• Strong technical understanding of Microsoft platforms, preferably including Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM, Power Platform, and Azure technologies, with the ability to challenge delivery teams, contribute to architecture discussions, and guide solution decisions. 

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, drive accountability, resolve conflicts, and lead effectively in high-pressure delivery environments. 

• Good understanding of Southeast Asia (SEA) business and cultural dynamics, including regional delivery complexities, diverse teams, and varying client expectations. 

• Experience managing commercially sensitive fixed-price projects, with strong governance across: 

• Scope and change management 

• Project planning and estimation 

• Financial management and cost control 

• Risk and issue management 

• Delivery execution and quality assurance 

• Strong knowledge and practical application of core Project and Program Management disciplines, including estimation, planning, scheduling, resource management, and scope control. 

• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including Microsoft Project and similar project controls tools. 

• Good understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project financial reporting to support effective decision-making. 

• Proven ability to independently manage large, complex ERP/CRM or enterprise transformation projects from initiation through closure. 

• Results-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable operating in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments while continuously driving improvements and positive outcomes. 

• Strong customer focus, interpersonal skills, and people leadership capabilities, with experience leading, coaching, and mentoring both onshore and offshore teams. 

• Significant project and service management experience delivering solutions for global external clients in a technology consulting or professional services environment.
