About this Shoot Your Shot role at Alljoined
About Alljoined
Alljoined is creating a future where humans are fully understood and augmented by technology. Our work solves the communication bottleneck between humans and computers by decoding thoughts from the brain, entirely non-invasively. We apply deep learning research to large scale EEG datasets to decode multimedia input, eventually moving to internal thought. We are state-of-the art in capabilities and are fully vertically integrated. Our goal is to develop a general consumer interface to completely transform how we can live our lives.
About the Role
Job descriptions are inherently limiting. The most impactful people usually have skill profiles that span multiple disciplines and don't fit perfectly into a standard title. If you are exceptionally good at what you do and see a clear path to accelerating our work, this is the place to tell us.
Our current open roles represent our immediate, obvious needs, but we are always looking for outliers. Use this application to pitch your ideal role, define your own scope, and show us exactly how your specific background will help us build the next interface between humans and technology.
You might be a good fit if you
Have built, researched, or shipped things at an elite level, regardless of your specific domain.
Are deeply fascinated by the intersection of human psychology, biology, and advanced computing.
Operate best when the playbook hasn't been written yet. You prefer to find a vague problem, scope it out, and solve it completely end-to-end.
Default to high-bandwidth, low-ego collaboration. We are a small group where the best idea wins, regardless of who it comes from.
Are fundamentally driven by building technology that serves and empowers people, rather than just extracting value or optimizing for engagement.
