Location: Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya/Pathum Thani, Thailand
 

Purpose: Lead the engineering team during assigned shifts, ensuring continuous monitoring, operational excellence, and rapid response to any incidents affecting data center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead shift operations team and coordinate all shift activities
• Monitor critical systems and environmental parameters continuously
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies during shift
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks as per schedule
• Conduct shift handovers and briefings
• Make operational decisions within delegated authority
• Coordinate with NOC and clients on operational matters
• Document all shift activities, incidents, and maintenance work
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety procedures
• Supervise contractor work during shifts
• Escalate critical issues to Technical Manager and Facility Manager
• Maintain shift logs and prepare shift reports
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency support

Job Specification

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• Diploma with substantial relevant experience considered

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in facility operations with at least 2 years in supervisory role
• Experience in 24/7 shift operations environment required
• Data center or mission-critical facility experience strongly preferred

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Crisis management and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including nights and weekends)

Certifications (Preferred):

• Certified Data Centre Specialist (CDCS)
• First Aid and Emergency Response training

Language:

• Fluent in Thai and English
