Job Requirements (Principal Responsibilities) 工作要求（主要职责） 

• 负责主要安全生产相关法律法规识别、评审和执行工作，确保安全生产合规性。 

• 负责建立相关安全管理程序、发展培训材料、执行程序自评估和程序持续改进工作。 

• 负责组织建立、运行和维护安全生产标准化、双重预防机制、责任关怀等管理体系。 

• 负责工厂和项目安全评价工作，包含安全预评价、验收安全评价和现状安全评价。 

• 负责生产场所、检维修和项目施工现场安全检查、审核，制定和推动纠正和预防措施。 

• 负责组织专项安全检查，例如制定年度检查计划、组织月度检查和跟踪整改措施。  

• 负责检维修和/或项目施工承包商安全管理工作，包括承包商安全培训、安全工作许可证审核和作业现场安全检查等。 

• 负责完善和执行工厂安全工作许可证系统（PTW/JSA），确保工厂安全工作许可证系统符合集团标准和国标（GB30871）要求。 

• 负责组织和/或参与关键安全事故调查，通过有效的事故分析工具进行根本原因分析（RCA）和推动整改行动。 

• 负责应急管理局相关对接工作，包括文件接受和学习、迎接安全检查、检查整改跟进等，跟应急局保持良好沟通。 

• 负责安全系统和平台的维护管理，包括事故报告（INTELEX）、隐患排查（台账）、SUSA等。 

• 严格遵守公司各项SH&E方针和相关程序规定，持续提高自己的安全意识和风险辨识能力。严格按照ISO9001、ISO14001、RC14001的标准，确保各项工作能达到各体系的要求。 

• 严格遵守公司的各项安全规定包括员工安全要求（责任）18条，管理团队安全要求（责任）13条，安全、健康、环保相关规定，对发现的安全隐患应及时上报。

Education/Experience 教育/经验 

• 化工或环境安全相关专业，本科及以上学历，5年以上化工生产相关工作经验。 

• 持有有效国家注册安全工程师资格证和执业证。
