The Contract Performance Manager demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment.  In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and can affect short-term and some long-term business goals.

 As a Services Advisor - Contract Performance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Providing contract administration for assigned proposals and contracts including customer interface, negotiations, preparation, and contract interpretation.
• Providing contract management support in the execution of equipment only orders for domestic and international LNG and power plant contracts.
• Performing proposal, negotiation, and contract administration functions on assigned proposals / contracts with minimal supervision.
• Providing support to manager and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts.
• Having Frequent interface with the customer on contract matters. Performing team leader responsibilities for assigned programs.
• Providing interface liaison with functional organizations and insure proper communication of requirements.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a contract administration position).
• Have 7 years of experience with contract formation and execution/contract performance management.
• Have experience/knowledge in rotating equipment specially gas turbines.
• Have advanced level in proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Have fluency in English (Arabic fluency is preferred).
