We’re looking for dependable and safety-focused Servicepersons to join our team on the CNRL Albian Reclamation project in Fort MacKay, AB.

Essential Responsibilities:
Operate fuel & lube articulated rock trucks to safely service heavy equipment as required and directed
Conduct pre-trip/walk-around safety inspections and completes daily Field Level Hazard Assessments for all activities
Complete equipment inspections, report repairs required and assist in scheduling these repairs
Complete maintenance records and documentation as required
Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members
Adhere to all Ledcor and project safety policies, procedures, and site requirements
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Serviceperson on heavy equipment (mining, heavy civil or pipeline environment is preferred)
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, take initiative, and proactively identify and address tasks
Must be available for day / night shifts
Valid Driver's License and clear 3-year driver's abstract
Must successfully complete a pre-access drug and alcohol test
CSTS 09, Common Safety Orientation (CSO) or OSSA Basic Safety Orientation (BSO)
Work Conditions:
Project based position working 14 days on and 14 days off, working 12 hours per day
Work is anticipated to be completed in April 2027 with potential for extension
Travel allowance provided
Chartered flights from Calgary or Edmonton
Camp accommodations
Extended Health & Wellness Benefits provided by CLAC Alberta
Work will be primarily outdoors and in various weather conditions
Anticipated start date: Mid October 2026
