As the ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will design, lead, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise IT service management and business process needs. You will be part of an enterprise service management team with a developer, a demand manager supported by an external service partner who supports us in ServiceNow development.

Where You Make An Impact

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and process designs

• Define platform standards, governance, and best practices for ServiceNow configuration and customization

• Work closely with stakeholders, process owners, developers, and administrators to ensure solutions align with business objectives

• Review and validate technical designs, integrations, workflows, and data models

• Provide architectural guidance for ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives

• Ensure solution performance, maintainability, security, and compliance

• Support integration design between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs and other integration methods.

• Participate in platform roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit

• At least 3 years of strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.

• Experience with AI in ITSM, including automation, virtual agents, ticket classification and knowledge management

• Deep knowledge of ITSM processes such as Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management

• Experience with ServiceNow data model, workflows, Flow Designer, UI policies, business rules, and ACLs

• Experience designing scalable, secure, and supportable solutions in enterprise environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make architectural decisions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams and explain complex concepts clearly

• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and asset-related processes is highly desirable

• Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or CAD are preferred
