We provide our customers with an extensive line of construction, forestry, snow removal, and landscaping equipment in counties throughout Pennsylvania. We also serve surrounding communities with our 24-hour towing and hauling services. Our new facility in Warrington includes a state-of-the-art service department, an expansive equipment showroom, and a well-stocked parts counter, serving customers with all makes and models of heavy equipment and heavy-duty trucks alike.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to exceed the expectations of our customer.
• Open and close work orders, Bill work order accordingly and collect payments.
• Communicate with customers during their repair process at our facility.
• Field and set up road service and tow calls during normal business hours.
• Assist with or perform administrative tasks
• Scheduling customer appointments and workloads in the shop.
• Estimating jobs
• Promoting our service team

Requirements

Qualifications

• Google work space and/or Microsoft office experience.
• Good written and oral skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (required)
• Exceptional organizational skills
• OEM training and/or certifications preferred
