You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities to improve the reliability, performance, and lifecycle of their assets.

This is a customer-focused role where success comes from building trust, creating value for customers, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. You will have ownership of sales cases from the first customer discussion through quotation preparation and successful order acquisition. At the same time, you will continuously develop your technical understanding of our products, services, and solutions.

How you'll make an impact

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through active customer engagement and regular customer visits as well as participations to customer events.
  • Identifying customer needs and business opportunities and translating them into value-adding service solutions.
  • Managing the sales process from lead generation and customer discussions to quotation preparation, negotiations, and order closing.
  • Preparing technical and commercial offers in cooperation with technical and commercial experts.
  • Supporting customers in finding technically and commercially suitable solutions for their asset lifecycle needs.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experience and successful project execution.
  • Monitoring market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to support business growth.
  • Contributing to sales planning, forecasting, and achievement of business targets.

Your background

  • Technical education, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, customer-facing roles, project business, or technical support.
  • A genuine interest in customer interaction and building long-term relationships.
  • Ability and willingness to learn and understand technical solutions related to power systems, transformers, high-voltage equipment, substations, and related services.
  • Self-driven way of working and ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent Finnish and English.

What we offer

  • A versatile and independent role combining customer interaction, technical learning, and business development.
  • Opportunity to work with some of the most critical assets in the energy sector.
  • Support from experienced technical specialists and a collaborative sales organization.
  • Possibility to develop into a recognized expert in service sales within the power industry.
  • Flexible working arrangements and a positive team environment.
