Installation & Technical Work

• Install, replace, and modify HVAC, plumbing, piping, controls, and related mechanical systems associated with service projects.

• Interpret and work from drawings, specifications, work orders, and scope documents.

• Perform system startups, operational checks, and basic commissioning tasks.

• Ensure proper material handling, equipment setup, and tool usage.

• Identify and report discrepancies, design conflicts, or unforeseen conditions to supervision.

Project & Site Coordination

• Coordinate daily activities with service technicians, project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and customers.

• Maintain productivity while meeting project timelines and quality expectations.

• Assist with minor layout, measurements, and field adjustments as required.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.

Safety & Compliance

• Comply with all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

• Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA/JHA) processes and follow required controls.

• Properly use PPE and ensure tools and equipment are safe and serviceable.

• Report incidents, near misses, hazards, or unsafe conditions immediately.

Documentation & Communication

• Accurately complete required paperwork including work orders, material usage, and time records.

• Communicate progress, delays, or concerns clearly to supervision.

• Support closeout documentation as required for completed projects.
