This position reports to:
Service Team Leader__
The work model for the role is: {onsite}
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Perform site service activities which shall include but not limited to site service trouble shooting, hot & cold testing & commissioning, warranty cases and maintenance services (preventive and normal).
- Site service report: On time provide good quality site service report upon completion of each job.
- Build up strong relationships with customers and achieve customer satisfaction
- Training: Be part of instructor / trainer team to train others and share experiences.
- Sales Support: Site service engineers is our key interface with customers and expect him/her to demonstrate good image and professional advice to customers on its needs and feedback to our Service Sales.
- Aggressively implement and support additional responsibilities as required by Management.
Qualifications for the role
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
- Major: In Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years’ working experience in power system equipment maintenance and commissioning Language: English CET-4 or above
- Personality: Self-motivation, can travel frequently High responsibility and can take the extra duty;
- good communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently under high pressure, proactive, open-minded and self-motivated, adapt to travelling frequently;
- Willing to accept the challenge and self-learning;
- Team working, and willing to share the experience;
- Good communicator skill - Mandarin & English
- Able to work independently and under pressure;
- Willingness to travel and work on-need basis.
