The Graduate Service Engineer will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and technical support for the GEHO product line. This position is focused on ensuring optimal performance of our equipment, providing expert solutions to customers, and driving growth in the aftermarket business. By combining technical expertise with a customer-centric approach, the Service Engineer will help strengthen our brand reputation and contribute to long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Annual Maintenance Contracts and Annual Servicing Contracts for GEHO pumps.

  • Provide troubleshooting assistance and perform maintenance activities for GEHO pumps at customer sites.

  • Execute preventive maintenance and manage pump spare inventory to minimise downtime.

  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including daily service reports, equipment log sheets, and site stock reports.

  • Develop expertise in the erection and commissioning of GEHO pumps, ensuring quality standards are met.

  • Coordinate after-sales support and monitor customer complaints to ensure timely resolution.

  • Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture

 Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Experience: 1–2 years in a relevant technical or service role.

  • Desirable Expertise: Servicing and working knowledge of GEHO products, centrifugal pumps, and positive displacement pumps (PDP).

  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical ability, effective communication, and presentation skills, with a willingness to learn.

  • Behavioural Competencies: Customer-focused, collaborative, and committed to continuous development with a performance-driven mindset.

  • Flexibility: Ability to travel extensively to customer sites as required
