Position Summary
Preventive and corrective maintenance for DRUPS (Dynamic Rotating UPS) at customers sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform schedule preventive maintenance program at various customers’ sites.
- Attend trouble shooting and corrective repair on site
- Identify issues and potential issues from PM activities, provide feedback and possible solution to back office for issue resolution discussion with customers.
- Generate and maintain lean and clear documentation like service report from every service activity.
- Others maybe be needed for customer services.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
- Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical/mechanical equipment or UPS systems.
- Knowledge of DRUPS systems is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance independently at customer sites.
- Good documentation and report-writing skills.
- Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to travel to customer sites and work in industrial environments.
- Team player with a proactive and safety-conscious mindset.
