Responsibilities
Responsible for existing service accounts
Responsible for obtaining new service accounts
Service billings
Service collections
Monthly forecasting of service projects
Coordinate local and non-local projects
Training of Titan Electric management systems
Reviewing service department personnel
Recruiting and hiring service personnel
Maintaining the fleet and inventory of service vehicles
Managing the inventory of service tools assigned to fleet vehicles
Ensuring the warranty process for contract jobs upon completion.
Qualifications
Construction Management/Engineering/Business Management Degree or equivalent experience preferred
High School Graduate or GED required
Must have practical electrical and general construction knowledge and/or experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints/construction drawings
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
Familiarity with PDF processing software, preferably Bluebeam
Positive attitude and outlook
Integrity, honesty, and responsibility with a desire to contribute to a team
Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize tasks
Strong aptitude to work within deadlines
