Role & Responsibilities:

To maintain the day-to-day IT operational support for VF Vietnam HQ and remote support. While providing high level of customer satisfaction, Service Delivery Technician is responsible for resolving incidents and requests in timely fashion and escalate to the appropriate support groups. Service Delivery Technician must have good balance of basic technical skills as well as customer facing skills.

Competency Requirements:

- Able to work independently and liaised with global teams

- Be a self-learner, a team player and able to work in different environment

- Excellent analytical and problems solving skills

- Occasionally required to work or join meeting during non-office hours

- A good team player with excellent communication and problems solving skills

- Willing to travel if required to support remote Factory offices and Development Centre

- Experience 1-2 solid working experience in related scope. Fresh graduates are encouraged.

Academic Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in IT or professional certification that is related.

Language Proficiency:

- Fluent in English is a must.

Specific Working Conditions

Frequency of Travel: Monthly or bi quarterly.

Other Specific Working Conditions:

Travelling is required to remote factory and development center in VN.
