About the role:

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers and our workshop team—helping deliver the world‑class Porsche experience our clients expect. Working in our state‑of‑the‑art Western Sydney showroom and reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will take pride in exceeding customer expectations, tailoring service solutions, and contributing to the continued success of our dealership.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service by managing service and repair enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Coordinate workshop loading to ensure optimal productivity
• Conduct follow‑up and prospecting activities to build long‑term customer relationships and maintain strong workflow
• Prepare and cost customer invoices accurately and in line with Group standards

What You’ll Bring

• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify and relay technical information (Automotive background or mechanical experience beneficial but not essential)
• A passion for delivering premium customer service
• Excellent time‑management and organisational abilities
• A current driver’s licence
