THE TEAM

The mission of the Service Department is to deliver highly efficient and elevated Service Counter experiences.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Service Department is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering highly elevated service that fosters loyal, enduring relationships with our Clients. As the Service Advisor, you will ensure that every Service Counter interaction leaves a lasting Everyday Luxury impression by executing transactions with precision and elevated care.  With the skills you gain in this role, the opportunities are endless — from a rewarding career in Service to continued growth and development with Aritzia.

THE ROLE

As the Service Advisor, you will:

• Support the client journey at the Service Counter, welcoming clients and seamlessly matching them to the right products and counter to maintain a steady, timely flow 
• Curate the product presentation from preparation through packaging for an Everyday Luxury opening experience
• Drive transactional excellence through accurate, efficient transactions and complete client capture
• Support the Service Counter to enable seamless day-to-day execution

The Service Advisor has:

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $20 – $40 per hour. Aritzia’s Everyday Luxury compensation package goes beyond the base salary with endless growth and recognition opportunities through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
