Forvis Mazars Luxembourg is looking for a Transfer Agent to join its Fund Services department.

As part of our Fund Services team, you will manage a portfolio of UCIs, primarily focused on Real Estate and Private Equity, overseeing investor transactions, share registers, reporting and investor communications, while coordinating with key internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of UCIs, mainly specializing in the real estate and private equity sectors.
• Maintain the share registers of the administrated Funds and process capital orders transactions (execution of subscriptions and redemptions orders at applicable prices).
• Process dividend payments and ensure communication with investors.
• Provide corporate services (administrative and legal formalities) to the administrated entities, as requested.
• Report directly to the Manager in charge of central administration activities.
• Prepare reporting packages for the AIFM, investors and the UCIs’ management and governing bodies, and prepare the convening of AGMs and EGMs as needed.
• Collaborate and facilitate information flow with fund accounting, depositary bank, AIFM, intermediaries (auditors, notaries, banks), and handle customer inquiries for the smooth operation of the UCI.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with significant professional experience of at least 4 years in a similar position, preferably in Luxembourg.
• Expertise in the Alternative Funds sector, especially in Private Equity and Real Estate.
• Familiarity with the Luxembourg legal and regulatory environment.
• Experience with TA software will be considered an asset.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken). Additional languages are an asset.
• Dynamic, proactive, rigorous, with excellent communication skills.
