About this Senior Technician role at Sensata Technologies
- Optimize and enhance the performance of production line equipment.
- Document the functionality of machinery and create manuals for troubleshooting and resolving process and equipment issues.
- Assist in the installation of new machinery and validate equipment and processes, including spare parts and replacements.
- Conduct regular assessments of technological equipment and processes, taking action to maintain or improve them as needed.
- Assist in spare parts procurement, inventory management, and documentation, including recording usage during repair activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a preventive maintenance plan for equipment and analyze production equipment.
- Collaborate in the design and construction of assembly lines for specific products.
- Propose activities to enhance product quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in the creation and upkeep of technical specifications and work instructions, ensuring adherence by production staff.
- Implement autonomous support initiatives by developing training materials and providing instruction to production staff.
- Provide support to fellow technicians as needed, according to work schedules and production demands.
- Contribute to the optimization of production processes and resource allocation.
- Actively engage and collaborate with other departments.
Requirements:
- Technical education or relevant work experience, with a demonstrated history in equipment maintenance.
- Good working level of English language and MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of machinery functionality and maintenance requirements.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Eagerness for ongoing skill development and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
Gross Annual Salary Range:
13,907.00 EUR - 19,122.40 EURThe salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.
Starting Salary
The starting salary offered will be based on objective, gender-neutral criteria , (e.g internal equivalency, relevant skills, experience, qualifications etc.). Applicants will not be asked for salary history.
