The individual provides data-driven analysis, delivery options, risk assessments, capacity considerations, and trade-off recommendations that enable Product Management and business stakeholders to make informed roadmap, investment, and prioritization decisions.

  • Responsible for ensuring execution aligns with approved product priorities and business outcomes while maintaining delivery commitments. The role owns end-to-end program execution, including planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, release readiness, stakeholder communication, and escalation management for highly visible and business-critical initiatives.

  • In addition, the role drives continuous improvement of execution practices through standardized processes, modern tools, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities that improve visibility, predictability, quality, and delivery outcomes.

  • Communicate progress, risks, key decisions, and delivery status to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Consolidate technical input from Engineering, Architecture, Quality, Security, and Operations teams to provide clear visibility into implementation effort, technical complexity, dependencies, risks, resource constraints, and delivery timelines, enabling informed business and product decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of program execution practices and delivery effectiveness.

  • Translate approved business priorities into executable workstreams, milestones, release plans, resource needs, and delivery strategies.
  • Support prioritization and trade-off discussions by providing technical feasibility assessments, execution impact analysis, delivery recommendations, and alternative implementation approaches.
  • Drive alignment across product, engineering, support, security, and operations teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Assist in refining PRDs, user journeys, epics, features, acceptance criteria, MVP definitions, and phased delivery strategies to support engineering execution.

Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness
