Technical Program Manager (Client Solutions)
Position Overview
The primary orchestrator and connective tissue between our large enterprise clients and our internal technical teams. You will manage the full lifecycle of engagement—from pre-sales feasibility and initial integration to ongoing product enhancements and stabilization.
You are focused on the "how" and "when" of complex deliveries. While you do not necessarily architect the technical solutions, you possess a deep technical understanding that allows you to translate complex requirements into actionable business value. Your goal is to ensure cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering/PSO, AdOps, Sales, and Client Success, ensuring enterprise customers experience a predictable, well-governed, and successful implementation process.
This is a hybrid role, working 3 days a week at Madhive HQ in the Financial District of New York City with travel to other Madhive locations or clients approximately 25-50%.
Core Responsibilities
1. Solution Feasibility & Program Planning
Pre-Sales Partnership: Lead pre-sale feasibility reviews to confirm customer requirements are understood, documented, and aligned with platform capabilities.
Requirements Discovery: Facilitate partner workflow discovery to capture technical and operational requirements (non-architectural).
Technical Planning: Collaborate with engineering teams to break down product requirements into actionable technical tasks, scope summaries, and resource allocations.
Voice of the Customer: Act as a client advocate to Product and Engineering, providing feedback on features, implementation tools, and DevOps improvements.
2. Program Leadership & Governance
Orchestration: Own and drive the integrated cross-functional program plan for each enterprise delivery.
Governance: Run program reviews, weekly status meetings, risk escalations, and executive updates for both internal and external stakeholders.
Timeline Management: Define project goals, create timelines, and maintain a high-level delivery plan that meets client expectations.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and manage dependencies and technical roadblocks that could derail the project.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
Connective Tissue: Serve as the bridge between Go-To-Market (GTM) teams and technical departments to ensure consistent visibility into decisions and changes.
PSO Collaboration: Partner with PSO Engineering on custom solutions, coordinating effort estimates, timelines, and dependency tracking.
Documentation: Produce and maintain all delivery artifacts, including requirements summaries, decision logs, and risk registers.
4. Operational Readiness & Launch Enablement
Readiness Coordination: Work with AdOps, QA, and Data teams to ensure the organization is ready to support the new enterprise workflow.
Launch Governance: Facilitate launch readiness reviews and manage post-launch stabilization and transition plans.
Standardization: Provide input for building structured, repeatable implementation processes to scale enterprise operations (the "Enterprise Delivery Playbook").
Key Outputs & Success Metrics
Outputs: Validated requirements summaries, integrated program plans, documented risk logs, and launch readiness certifications.
Metrics: On-time enterprise launches, reduction in rework/miscommunication, improved client confidence, and high delivery predictability.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: 5+ years in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or technical program management (specifically in AdTech).
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers) and hands-on experience with enterprise APIs and cloud technologies (GCP/AWS).
Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into business ROI and command a room of both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and cross-functional influence skills with a data-driven mindset.
The approximate compensation range for this position is $160,000-$180,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors, including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
