Join us on our mission to shape the future of our industry.
You will play a key role running product releases with customer readiness focus while being part of Engineering organization and driving all cross functions across the company for a successful release launch. This will require cross-functional work across several business teams and alignment with the new product introduction teams ranging from product management to technical support, sales marketing etc. You will also participate in increasing our organizational effectiveness and efficiency, using a metrics-driven approach, driving accountability, and improving our processes.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
You will serve as a senior level force-multiplier across Product, Engineering, and the broader organization. This role demands single-threaded ownership across complex, cross-functional programs spanning product management, engineering, technical support, sales, marketing, IT, Finance, HR, business operations etc. — owning both the depth of engineering release execution and the breadth of GTM and customer readiness. You define and drive organizational effectiveness at scale — building the metrics systems, governance frameworks, and agentic operating models that raise the execution bar across the entire team.
Release Operations: Aligning Product Strategy, Engineering Execution & GTM Readiness
- Partner with Engineering and Product across the full lifecycle (architecture, branching, QA, release) as a credible technical voice who challenges estimates and surfaces risk before it reaches a gate.
- Own end-to-end release readiness: product built and tested, pricing and legal cleared, SKUs transactable, sales and partners trained, market awareness live, revenue recognition in place, and Day-2 support ready before GA.
- Govern operational AI agents and agentic workflows with release-level rigor: define what automation owns, where human judgment overrides, and how both are measured against customer outcomes.
- Set and enforce the quality bar for product requirements before they enter engineering, partnering with Product Management to raise how requirements are defined, reviewed, and handed off.
Program Ownership & Ambiguity Navigation
- Be the single accountable owner of your portfolio's outcomes, from kickoff through release execution and post-launch care. Own the program narrative: what's committed, what's at risk, and what decision is needed.
- Build program structure, milestone frameworks, and operating models from scratch for NPI tracks, new portfolio areas, partnership/OEM programs, and governance redesigns, turning ambiguous visions into executable plans with clear ownership.
- Define success criteria, metrics, and guardrails before work begins, and hold the program to them as scope evolves.
Data-Driven Execution
- Own program health KPIs, release SLOs, and OKRs, with automated dashboards and scorecards (Jira, Tableau, or equivalent) that give leadership a real-time view of portfolio health.
- Build and operate AI-augmented tracking and agentic reporting workflows that flag risk, milestone drift, and compliance signals in real time, governing what AI owns versus where humans intervene.
GTM & Customer Readiness
- Own go-to-market readiness for every release, not just engineering completion: sales and partner enablement, pricing and SKUs, legal and compliance, marketing, and Day-2 support, all in place before a customer touches the product.
- Align PM & Monetization, Legal, Enterprise Systems, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Support as the single accountable program owner.
- Lead partnership and OEM readiness (contracts, entitlements, binary intake, Salesforce/NetSuite configuration, support enablement) so new partners can transact, entitle, and support customers from day one.
Force Multiplication
- Create reusable playbooks, governance frameworks, and agentic workflow templates that scale across the BPGM team and the wider engineering, product, and business operations community, and drive adoption even where teams didn't ask for it.
Executive Presence & Communication
- Present risks, trade-offs, and proposals directly to VP and C-level, and distill complex multi-portfolio risk into decision-ready communications: a data-backed point of view, not a status update.
Qualifications Required
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field, plus 10+ years of relevant program management experience.
- System design fluency and the authority to govern AI-augmented operations.
- Experience managing complex, multi-product software and hardware portfolios across simultaneous cadences and large stakeholder groups, with ownership of go/no-go decisions.
- Track record driving GTM readiness (sales enablement, pricing/SKU operations, legal and compliance, marketing, support) as part of the release program, not a downstream handoff.
- Experience leading partnership or OEM program integration from agreement through launch, including contracts and entitlements.
- Proven automated dashboards and scorecards in Jira, Tableau, or similar.
Preferred
- Enterprise data protection, cybersecurity, or infrastructure software background.
- Experience governing on-prem and cloud SaaS releases simultaneously.
- OEM or partner-embedded delivery experience.
- NPI experience, from incubation through mainstream.
- Hands-on design or deployment of agentic automation in program management.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent.
