As a Senior Technical Product Manager (TPM) sitting at the intersection of business, engineering, and user needs, you will play a pivotal role in aligning technical execution with product strategy and business goals for our electronics product family, primarily focusing on the networking and AV control systems categories.

You will serve as product owner, evangelizer and technical liaison between our customers, internal teams and R&D, guiding the development of complex, technical products and features with a greater level of autonomy and ownership. You will ensure that they are built in a way that delivers real value to customers while being technically sound and feasible.

Your responsibilities will include:

Technical Leadership and Liaison

  • Drive the product and feature roadmap based on market needs and develop innovative and industry-leading systems.
  • Convey product visions and customer requirements to the engineering team.
  • Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure technical implementation aligns with strategic goals and roadmap.
  • Provide technical expertise, evangelization and support for internal teams, partners, and key customers: training, onboarding, hands-on sessions, demo protocols, delivery of releases.
  • Work with a high degree of autonomy on complex product topics and contribute experience and guidance across cross-functional teams.

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch and end-of-life, working hand in hand with the Product Marketing Manager, Electronics.
  • Conduct market research, customer feedback analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for product improvement and new developments.
  • Manage and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring they reflect evolving strategic objectives and technical capabilities.
  • Provide technical leadership in problem-solving to internal teams and customers during the product growth phase, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.

Feasibility Assessment

  • Work closely with the R&D team to understand technical constraints.
  • Analyze technical architecture and assess new feature possibilities and their complexity.
  • Balance innovation with practicality, ensuring that proposed solutions are technically sound, achievable within the given timeframe, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Drive the prioritization of product backlogs, aligning them with both customer needs and technical feasibility.

Risk Management

  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Manage dependencies between different teams and anticipate potential roadblocks.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues promptly.
  • Continuously monitor the development process and adjust plans as necessary to ensure that the product remains on track and that any disruptions are swiftly addressed, thereby safeguarding the product's integrity and timely delivery.

Skills and Experience:

  • Engineering degree (or strong technical background) in professional audio electronics, embedded systems, computer science, networking or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in network audio (Milan-AVB, AES67, Dante, ST2110…), networking in general, as well as audiovisual control systems.
  • Solid understanding of product management and development processes within a technical environment, with proven experience managing complex technical products or features.
  • Ability to operate with a greater level of autonomy and ownership across the product lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to bridge business and technology effectively.
  • Customer-centric mindset combined with technical rigor.
  • Proactive risk management and execution focus.
  • Fluent in English (French or German is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
