Senior Strategic Partnership Executive | Retail

Join Epicor as a Strategic Partnership Executive! The Strategic Partnership Executive, Sr is responsible for managing partner accounts as well as identifying and developing new key retail account alliances to generate leads and/or create new sales opportunities. Conducts business reviews of strategic accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for revenue growth. Evaluates program trends and provides analysis recommendations to management.

What you will be doing:

• Working with Sales, develop and maintain strong relationship throughout the account’s organization.
• Manage projects to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions being provided by Epicor.
• Develop key goals and metrics for each account, measure and report on them monthly or quarterly.
• Define and implement programs that support defined objectives
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalation as needed.
• Manage contracts, billing, rebates (if applicable) – provide Epicor management time to respond to contract renewals and price change options
• Hold at a minimum quarterly meeting with each account.
• Work with customers to ensure Epicor retail products are being utilized effectively and efficiently.
• Support implements an annual operating plan process.

What could set you apart:

• 7+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success in the retail space.
• 5+ years of specialized ERP industry experience.
• Familiarity with Ace or similar Epicor customers is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
