The Solutions Consultant drives consultative prospect engagements and is accountable for product and technical evaluations within a sales territory or product line. You’ll work closely with sales, account management, Value Engineering, product management, implementation consultants, and others to show prospects how Intapp solutions address the specialized needs of financial services firms.

Comfort with AI, cloud technology and security protocols is a must, along with the desire to design, build, and present compelling demonstrations of integrated data. You can speak credibly about how tools like Intapp Celeste are reshaping the way professional firms work, and you’re confident leading those conversations with prospects at every level.

What you will do

• Demonstrate Intapp Celeste and Intapp’s AI capabilities in live, practical scenarios, and help prospects understand how agentic AI workflows improve their day-to-day operations.
• Maintain deep knowledge of all Intapp products, the competitive landscape, and industry events, including how AI is changing the market.
• Assess and shape the prospect engagement model, and organize the technical sales team so every requirement across the broader portfolio is covered.
• Architect the solution that delivers the most customer value across the Intapp portfolio, and communicate its advantages through tailored demonstrations of integrated data.
• Assist in the technical execution of product trials. Partner with consulting and implementation services to confirm feasibility and set up successful post-sales execution, while coordinating RFIs and RFPs and supporting account strategy and planning.
• Maintain product demo sites to align with new product releases, and enable the field on how to effectively communicate new product features/ enhancements and the business outcomes they deliver client prospects.

What you will need

• 8+ years of relevant experience at an enterprise software company, including enterprise architecture experience and comfort with AI, cloud technology and security protocols.
• AI fluency and curiosity. You’re comfortable discussing large language models, agentic AI workflows, and the practical implications of tools like Intapp Celeste, and you stay current as the landscape evolves. You don’t need to be a technologist.
• Financial services experience in private capital, investment banking, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong, proven written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain the business issues behind enterprise software and to engage senior stakeholders with confidence.
• Technical skills to quickly redesign presentations and configure applications, plus design thinking or similar collaboration methods, high integrity, teamwork, and strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
