Raytheon is seeking a Software Integration Engineer to join our Dual Band Radar Software Integration Team located in Tewksbury, MA.  We integrate software developed in C++, C, and Java.  Tasks include software test and verification, data analysis, and software tools development.  This role will require travel to support our Navy customer.

What You Will Do

• Support the platforms on which DBR operates by leading the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and configuration management of software builds with the radar system
• IBM P9 Integration
• Travel to perform software installs, provide radar operation support, data analysis, and address any emergent issues
• Perform integration and testing of application software, and tools that run on the AIX/UNIX operating system. 
• Maintenance and enhancement of tooling infrastructure

Qualifications You Must Have  

• Typically requires a degree in Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
• Experience with C, C++, or Java development and Linux/Unix
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. Government issued Interim Secret security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Active Secret Clearance
• Experience in Agile development methods, including Scrum, automated testing, and continuous integration.
• Scripting experience with a language such as Perl or Python.
• Experience with network communication protocols.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
