Make your impact at a leading Fintech Company
The Billing and Monetization team builds the systems that drive BILL’s subscription and pricing. We’re developing a scalable, modular engine and a platform that lets internal teams enable billing for new products quickly. We also own the customer-facing pricing and upgrade/downgrade experience in the UI. Our work delivers incremental value for internal and external customers.
We’d love to chat if you have:
- 5+ years of development experience with a Bachelor’s degree; additional work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Experience working on large scale, complex applications using Java, AWS, Lambda and Event Driven Architecture.
- Experience working with REST API development and GraphQL
- Familiarity with databases (PostGres, MySQL, Oracle, DynamoDB)
- Knowledge of best practices & patterns for large scale applications
- Strong automated testing habits (unit, integration, e2e)
- Care about accuracy and data integrity in systems that handle money.
- Billing, Pricing, or Payments domain experience.
- Excellent teamwork and communication

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
