What you will do: 

·       Develop, test, and deploy enterprise applications based on business and functional requirements using Agile methodologies.

·       Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

·       Leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Windsurf, Devin, and other AI assistants to accelerate software development activities.

·       Design and implement AI-enabled solutions including intelligent agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications, workflow automation, and knowledge assistants.

·       Produce secure, maintainable, and high-quality code while meeting project delivery commitments and engineering standards.

·       Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, technical leads, and project managers to solve complex business and technical challenges.

·       Analyse and resolve issues discovered during development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

·       Build and enhance automated testing frameworks, including AI-assisted test generation and autonomous quality engineering solutions.

·       Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation to support efficient software delivery.

·       Identify opportunities where AI can improve business processes, engineering productivity, operational support, and customer experience.

·       Contribute to architecture decisions, technical standards, security best practices, and platform modernisation initiatives.

·       Drive continuous improvement across development, testing, deployment, documentation, monitoring, and support processes.

·       Mentor and guide team members on software engineering, cloud technologies, AI adoption, and engineering best practices.

What we need from you:  

·       BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or another related field or equivalent 

·       A minimum of 8 years prior work experience working with an application development organization; must demonstrate experience delivering systems and projects from inception through implementation 

·       Possesses solid software development and programming skills, with an understanding of design patterns, and software development best practices 

·       Hands on experience working on multi-tiered applications that are designed, developed and delivered as cloud- based solutions: 

·       Designing and developing applications using Microsoft Stack including .Net Core, .Net Framework, MS SQL Server 

·       Designing and developing Cloud Native applications, 

·       Creating microservices applications using technologies such as REST, JSON, .Net Core ,Python

·       Deploying and configuring well performing Cloud Native applications 

·       Familiarity with: 

·       AI Tools Github copilot / Devin   

·       Unstructured data and persistence model such as Cosmos, VectorDB

·       Data streaming technologies like Kafka 

·       DevOps toolsets for versioning, containers, such as Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins 

Additional knowledge and/or experience desired: 

·       Development experience in the financial services industry including banking, wealth management, investment management, asset data and investment processing 

·       Possesses Azure

·       Spec Driven Development 

·       Application migrations to the cloud 

·       CI/CD and DevOps concepts, tools like TeamCity, Octopus, Ansible, Terraform, and library management tools like Artifactory. 

·       Angular
