Job Description

DUTIES: Contribute to the roadmap for performance tooling, frameworks, and methodologies that support efficient and scalable AV software development. Evaluate and prototype new tools, techniques, and technologies to improve runtime performance and developer workflows. Design, implement, and maintain tools and automated systems that support performance analysis, debugging, and continuous monitoring. Analyze software behavior, identify performance bottlenecks, and collaborate with product teams to propose and implement optimizations. 100% telecommuting permitted.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study and Four (4) years of experience as a Software Engineer or related occupation OR Master's degree in Computer Science or related field of study and Two (2) years of experience as a Software Engineer or related occupation Two (2) years of experience with: Computer architecture and system-level software fundamentals; Performance profiling, analysis, tuning, and optimization; Developing and optimizing high-performance software for heterogeneous compute environments including GPUs, DSPs, and accelerators; and C++ and Python.

Compensation:

• The expected base compensation for this role is $225,630.00 to $269,100.00 Annually.

• Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

• Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
