About this Senior SEO Manager role at AutoDS

AutoDS · Onsite · Tel Aviv

At AutoDS, recently acquired by Fiverr, we're revolutionizing the eCommerce world by providing innovative tools that empower online sellers globally. As a fast-growing company, we’re looking for talented individuals who are passionate about technology, eCommerce, and making a real impact. If you're ready to join a dynamic team and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

About The Role

Search is splitting into two games: people still type queries into Google, but they also ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Answers "what's the best dropshipping tool" and act on whatever gets cited back. Our organic strategy needs to win both.

You'll be the Senior SEO / GEO Manager, owning organic strategy end to end across SEO, GEO, and AEO. You'll report to the VP Growth and manage one SEO Specialist.

This is not a role that only writes decks. You'll set the plan, manage your one direct report, and stay hands-on in the work - auditing sites, writing briefs, fixing schema, and running crawls yourself. You'll work closely with the content team and developers, but you own the strategy, the reporting, and the results.

What You'll Do

  • Build and own the organic strategy across SEO, GEO, and AEO, and defend priorities to the VP Growth with data.
  • Run traditional SEO - keyword strategy, on-page, internal linking, topical authority, technical health, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Position AutoDS to get cited by LLMs and answer engines through citation-worthy content, entity and brand presence, and structured data.
  • Own site structure - information architecture, schema markup, and the technical setup that lets crawlers and AI systems read our content.
  • Align the company on the strategy and drive implementation with the content team and the developers.
  • Manage, coach, and unblock one specialist - clear direction, real coaching, no micromanaging.
  • Report what moved and why: organic traffic, rankings, citation share in AI answers, assisted conversions, and signup impact.

What You Bring (Requirements)

  • 6+ years in SEO and organic growth, with a track record of results you can point to - not just years on a resume.
  • 2+ years managing people - you've managed at least one direct report and can show how you set their direction, coached them, and grew their output.
  • A proven SEO/GEO track record at a leading SaaS company - not agency-only, not e-commerce-only. Real experience driving organic growth inside a SaaS product where organic is a serious channel.
  • Deep expertise across SEO, GEO, and AEO - you can teach the difference between building content to rank in search engines and building content to be cited by answer engines, and you've done both.
  • Technical fluency - structured data, schema, site architecture, crawl budget, and rendering. You're comfortable in the technical layer, not just content.
  • Strong content judgment - you know what makes content rank, what makes it citation-worthy, and where those two goals overlap and diverge.
  • Strong interpersonal communication - you work across content, product, and paid teams, manage a direct report, and present to leadership, building alignment without friction.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tooling (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console), comfortable pulling and reading the data yourself.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with e-commerce, dropshipping, or the seller and SMB audience.
  • Worked with AI-assisted content workflows (we use AirOps).
  • Multi-brand or portfolio-level organic experience.

Why This Role

You'll set the organic strategy for a leading e-commerce automation brand at a pivotal moment — as search itself splits between classic rankings and AI-generated answers. You'll operate at strategy, management, and hands-on execution all at once, with real ownership over the roadmap and real influence over the results.
