The role.
Huge is looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join our Strategy craft in Colombia. In this role, you will lead end-to-end search engine and Generative Engine Optimization strategies across major enterprise client engagements. Combining technical indexation expertise with an understanding of how LLMs gather and synthesize information, you will conduct deep crawl diagnostics, manage site migrations, and partner with engineering and creative teams to drive continuous organic growth.
What you'll be doing.
- Technical SEO & Indexation Audits: Perform raw vs. rendered DOM analysis, diagnose JavaScript content gaps, and manage robots.txt, canonicals, pagination, faceted navigation, and sitemaps.
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Analyze how LLMs collect, process, and surface information; optimize brand presence for AI-driven discovery channels, and measure AI search visibility.
- Site Migration Strategy: Execute seamless migration roadmaps, including 301 redirect mapping, pre/post-launch parity checks, status code/canonical shifts, and staging validation.
- Crawl Analysis & Diagnostics: Run Screaming Frog crawls, interpret Core Web Vitals, and translate complex technical site architecture and internal linking data into actionable insights.
- Keyword & Intent Mapping: Conduct advanced keyword research, topic clustering, intent classification, competitor gap analysis, and structured data/schema implementation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, CMS, and design teams to translate SEO/GEO requirements into technical user stories and development tickets.
What we'd like to see.
- Hands-on mastery of enterprise analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics), Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
- Expertise with industry-standard keyword research platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, BrightEdge) and emerging GEO analysis tools.
- Demonstrated ability to audit site architecture, resolve rendering issues, validate schema markup, and optimize for Core Web Vitals metrics.
- Direct track record of managing technical site migrations and pre/post-launch QA workflows without losing organic visibility.
- Deep conceptual and practical understanding of modern LLM search behavior, retrieval-augmented mechanisms, and generative engine optimization strategies
- Advanced english proficiency (C1+) with strong strategic presentation skills for global stakeholders
- Nice to have: Familiarity with modern web architectures (React, Next.js), enterprise headless platforms, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to converse credibly with dev teams.
- Nice to have: Prior SEO/GEO consulting experience within the Healthcare sector.
