We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SD/MM Consultant to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) solutions. The successful candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders, drive complex transformation initiatives, provide strategic guidance on SAP best practices, and ensure seamless integration across business processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to understand business needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Analyze, design, configure, customize, test, and support SAP SD and MM modules in line with business requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing recommendations on process improvements, SAP best practices, and digital transformation opportunities.
• Drive end-to-end SAP implementation projects, enhancements, rollouts, and support initiatives.
• Identify process gaps, system inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, proposing scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Design and document functional specifications, business process flows, test scenarios, user stories, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with technical teams, SAP developers, and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure successful integration between SAP SD/MM and other SAP modules, including FI and external systems.
• Lead testing activities, including SIT, UAT, defect management, and post-go-live support.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex business and system issues.
• Deliver user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and change management support.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices across the SAP team.
• Support SAP roadmap planning and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of SAP consulting experience, including multiple full-cycle SAP implementations and support projects.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP SD and SAP MM configuration and business processes.
• Proven experience leading workshops, business process design, and solution architecture discussions.
• Strong understanding of integration points between SAP modules and third-party applications.
• Experience within retail, wholesale, distribution, or supply chain environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and successfully deliver projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Familiarity with SAP ABAP debugging and technical specifications.
• Experience integrating SAP with external platforms, e-commerce, CRM, WMS, or third-party logistics systems.
• SAP SD and/or SAP MM certification.
