✨ Let’s give businesses more time for what matters.
We're looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This is a hands-on, execution-focused individual-contributor role for someone who thrives on operating within our sales systems and keeping day-to-day GTM operations running smoothly. You'll own operational workflows end-to-end, work on problems of diverse scope, and exercise strong judgment in selecting the best approach to a solution. This role is a great fit for a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment.
Your day-to-day is operational execution within our sales stack — administering and improving tooling, safeguarding data quality, and running the processes that keep Sales moving. You'll also produce the analysis that supports operational decision-making and the presentations that keep Sales leadership informed.
What you'll do
- Own operational workflows end-to-end for a defined business area — reporting, data governance, and process execution — with limited oversight.
- Operate and improve GTM tooling. Serve as a hands-on administrator for tools in the sales stack (Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, and more) — configuring, maintaining, and enhancing them; partner with BizTech on larger enhancements and enforce CRM data governance and process adherence.
- Build reporting and dashboards. Create and maintain the reports, dashboards, and KPI views Sales relies on across pipeline, conversion, bookings, and attainment; ensure data quality standards and clear documentation.
- Create analysis to support decision-making. Extract, reconcile, and analyze operational data across CRM and connected systems; turn it into clear, actionable recommendations that support operational decisions.
- Build presentations for Sales leadership. Package findings and operational updates into clear, executive-ready presentations for Sales leadership.
- Execute and improve processes. Identify patterns and improvement opportunities, recommend changes, and implement more efficient, scalable ways of working within our systems.
- Partner cross-functionally. Work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Strategy, Data, Pricing, and BizTech — and directly with leadership — to keep initiatives aligned and on track.
What you'll bring
- 3–5 years in revenue, sales, or business operations, with proven ownership of operational workflows and the ability to work independently.
- Salesforce experience — hands-on building reports, dashboards, list views, workflows, and administration; strong understanding of CRM data governance and hygiene.
- Process design — demonstrated ability to design, document, and improve scalable operational processes.
- Cross-functional partnership — track record of working effectively with cross-functional partners and leadership across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and BizTech.
- Analytical and data-driven — structured problem solver who turns operational data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Reporting and presentations — strong reporting skills (advanced Excel/Sheets) and the ability to build polished presentations for Sales leadership.
- LeanData — experience with lead-to-account matching and routing.
- Outreach — experience with sales engagement / sales automation platforms.
- Sales stack fluency — familiarity with the broader tools in a modern sales stack (e.g., CPQ, sales intelligence, forecasting, and enablement platforms).
