YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly analytical and technology-focused Sales Operations Administrator to drive operational excellence across our global sales organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, administering critical sales technologies, delivering actionable analytics, and supporting automation initiatives that improve seller productivity, data quality, and operational efficiency.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

You will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, IT, and Business Systems teams to streamline workflows, improve reporting visibility, and help scale operations as Wind River continues to grow.

In your daily work, you will:

  • Administer and optimize key sales technologies including Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, ZoomInfo, Clari, Outreach, Salesloft, and related sales engagement platforms.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for sales personnel and related user groups.

  • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics that support leadership decision-making.

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements across lead management, opportunity progression, territory management, forecasting, quoting, and partner-related processes.

  • Build and enhance automation solutions within Salesforce, including workflows, approvals, validation rules, and process automation.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data governance, system adoption, and operational effectiveness.

  • Participate in evaluating, testing, and implementing new sales technologies and process enhancements.

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role include:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related analytical role.

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and support experience.

  • Strong experience developing Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics.

  • Experience supporting Salesforce CPQ environments.

  • Experience with Salesforce Enterprise Territory Management (ETM) or similar territory management solutions preferred.

  • Experience with ZoomInfo, sales engagement platforms, and sales productivity tools.

  • Experience developing process automation within Salesforce.

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong Excel skills.

  • Strong understanding of CRM data quality, governance, and reporting best practices.

  • Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into scalable operational solutions.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION

This role is compensation range is between $140,00 to $160,000 USD plus annual incentive plan bonus. Compensation is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities of the applicant, and equity with other team members. Employees in this role are also eligible for the following benefits in accordance with the terms of the Company's plans: health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, flex time off, eligibility to enroll in 401k, and 12 paid holidays.
