As a Senior Quantitative Developer, you will work in a close-knit global team of Multi-Asset Quant Developers and Researchers, collaborating to enhance our research platform in a fast-evolving environment. You will directly contribute to the team’s success by recommending innovative software solutions and building new tools and systems.
Your future role within QRT
- Provide technical leadership and help raise engineering standards across the team
- Improve software engineering practices across research workflows, including the effective adoption of agentic coding tools and workflows
- Automate and streamline large-scale data preparation and cleansing workflows
- Build, enhance, and support quantitative research tools
- Help Quant Researchers bring trading strategies into production
- Continuously evolve the team’s software platform to meet changing business needs
Your present skillset
- 5–10 years of quant development experience
- High standards for code quality, testing, and maintainable software design
- Strong Python development skills and proficiency with agentic software development
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and collaborate effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
