Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in automation projects, business process analysis, requirement gathering, and project management. The role involves working closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, manage project priorities, and support successful implementation of automation and system integration initiatives.

Key responsibiltes

Review business processes end-to-end and identify operational, financial, and technology risks.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs.
• Work with business and technology teams to prioritize requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
• Manage project scope, schedules, priorities, and deliverables.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, senior management, customers, and technical teams.
• Support quality improvement and data management initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for system integration and process optimization.
 

Education Qualification

Master’s Degree in Technology, Management, or a related field

Certification If Any

Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, Agile, or related fields – Good to Have
