About this Opportunity:

As a Senior Program Manager, Business Operations, you will drive organizational performance by translating business priorities into actionable insights, measurable outcomes, and effective execution. This role is responsible for improving operational effectiveness through business intelligence, performance management, workforce planning, process optimization, technology enablement, and cross-functional coordination.

You will partner across Operations, Finance, Technology, Product, Data, and Client Experience to identify opportunities, measure results, support strategic initiatives, and improve organizational effectiveness. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of financial services industry operations, data analytics, business performance management, and the ability to connect operational performance with business outcomes.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Develop and maintain operational performance scorecards, executive dashboards, KPI reporting frameworks, and business reviews.

  • Analyze operational, financial, client experience, and workforce data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and recommendations.

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews through actionable insights and performance analysis.

  • Establish frameworks to measure initiative success and track realized business outcomes.

  • Identify opportunities to improve scalability, productivity, quality, client satisfaction, and operational performance.

  • Develop business cases, operational models, and analyses that support leadership decision-making related to growth, profitability, scalability, and client experience.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and identify practical opportunities to improve how work is performed across Operations.

  • Support the evaluation, prioritization, and measurement of AI, automation, analytics, and technology investments while tracking realized business outcomes.

  • Identify, quantify, and track productivity improvements, capacity creation, cost savings, and operational efficiency opportunities across Operations.

  • Assist with annual planning, forecasting, workforce planning, capacity modeling, and resource optimization activities.

  • Facilitate operational governance processes, monitor progress against priorities, and provide visibility into initiative performance.

  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, Data, and Client Experience.

  • Develop executive-level presentations, recommendations, and decision-support materials.

  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Support the design and implementation of new processes, tools, operating models, and performance management practices.

  • Create visibility into organizational performance and ensure leaders have the information necessary to make informed business decisions.

  • Own and manage stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization.

We're looking for talent who has:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in WealthTech, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Custody, RIA Services, Financial Technology, or Financial Services organizations.

  • Strong understanding of advisor-facing business models and operational functions supporting client onboarding, service delivery, account operations, billing, trading, portfolio operations, and platform adoption.

  • Demonstrated success improving business performance through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership.

  • Strong understanding of how people, process, technology, and data work together to improve organizational outcomes.

  • Experience leveraging generative AI, automation platforms, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies to improve business performance and streamline operational processes.

  • Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, scorecards, operational reporting, and business intelligence solutions.

  • Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.

  • Experience translating complex operational and financial data into actionable business recommendations.

  • Proven track record of identifying and implementing improvements that increase productivity, scalability, operational effectiveness, and client outcomes.

  • Experience quantifying business impact through productivity improvements, capacity creation, cost reduction, revenue enablement, or margin expansion initiatives.

  • Experience applying structured problem-solving, process improvement, and continuous improvement methodologies to complex business challenges.

  • Experience developing business cases, prioritization frameworks, investment recommendations, and benefits realization tracking.

  • Understanding of business performance and workforce outcomes, including growth, client retention, expense management, profitability, and capacity optimization.

  • Experience supporting business reviews, strategic initiatives, workforce planning, capacity analysis, and executive decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic priorities with execution requirements.

  • Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes without direct authority.

  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Highly analytical, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.

  • Professional certifications related to process improvement, operational excellence, analytics, or program leadership preferred.

  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business operations, operational strategy, analytics, workforce planning, process improvement, or program management.

  • Experience supporting organizational performance management, operational excellence, and cross-functional business initiatives.

Salary Range:

$94,869.00 - $146,945.00

The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
