About us

High-tech innovation happens where people, materials, and processes work together seamlessly. This is where you come in: In this role, you keep the big picture in view, connect diverse stakeholders, and create the foundation for a high-performing and reliable production environment. Join a team that is dedicated to making technological innovation possible every day.

Your role

  • You will act as the central coordination interface between Engineering, Logistics, and Production for cross-functional topics within EUV Integration, such as cleaning processes and delivery execution.
  • You will monitor material inventories, production progress, and coverage based on relevant KPIs and derive appropriate measures to optimize inventory levels and reduce backlogs.
  • Together with the team, you will ensure material availability and the on-time execution of the production plan.
  • You will actively drive stabilization and improvement initiatives based on performance indicators and through regular tracking activities.
  • You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of SAP master data relevant to production control.
  • To ensure transparent production management, you will visualize, present, and evaluate the progress of manufacturing orders and collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Production, Product Planning, and Scheduling, to develop suitable alternatives in the event of disruptions.
  • You will contribute to projects within your area of responsibility, initiate relevant projects, and actively support their operational implementation

Your profile

  • A degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification provides the foundation for your professional expertise.
  • Several years of experience in production planning and control or materials management enable you to navigate complex manufacturing environments with confidence.
  • Strong expertise in the application, analysis, and preparation of KPIs, combined with the ability to interpret performance data and derive effective actions, distinguishes your way of working.
  • Additional strengths include project management experience, ideally gained in environments with a close connection to shopfloor operations and day-to-day manufacturing processes.
  • Confidence in using common Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is expected. Ideally, you also bring experience with SAP (MM, PP, WM) in a complex production and materials environment, as well as a deep understanding of planning and production control processes.
  • Initial experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Celonis, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) would be an advantage.

Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken, are complemented by initiative, a strong sense of ownership, teamwork, and a solution-oriented mindset. A high affinity for IT and a keen interest in digitalization topics complete your profile.
