As a Senior Product Owner reporting to Director of Product Delivery, you'll play a critical role in shaping the user experience and product direction of Nasdaq's Trade Surveillance platform — a leading compliance solution used by teams across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the product roadmap, translating strategy into a prioritized backlog that balances client needs, business value, and technical feasibility.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer — engaging directly with clients to gather insights and converting their challenges into well-defined requirements for the development team.

  • Partner closely with software developers, QA engineers, and delivery specialists to ensure high-quality, on-time product increments aligned with the roadmap.

  • Define and communicate clear acceptance criteria, reviewing completed work to maintain quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Align product strategy with broader business objectives by collaborating with stakeholders across technology and business functions.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable client-facing product role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Clear communicator with experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and translate complex business needs into actionable deliverables.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services, capital markets, or a regulated industry.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and ceremonies (e.g., Scrum).

  • Exposure to global teams and cross-border collaboration.


This position is located in Vilnius and offers a hybrid work environment with at least 3 days per week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

Please note: A valid EU work permit is required for this role. Individuals applying for or occupying this position must have no previous unspent convictions for criminal offences under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania, with the exception of offences solely related to minor road traffic violations.

The base pay for this role is €3,500–€4,600 gross/month. The actual pay depends on factors like your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, we offer short-term incentives (bonus or commission) and long-term incentives (equity), where applicable.

We utilize a structured job architecture and career framework to ensure growth opportunities are transparent, fair, and accessible to all employees. The pay range you see reflects the full salary band for this job level, including room for progression over time.
