About the Role:
The fundamental goal of Product Operations is to help our Product organization build and ship the best products to move our business forward. Our centralized Product Operations team owns the operating system that surrounds product work: the processes, tooling, standards, automation, and visibility that let Product Managers focus on delivering outcomes for customers.
We are looking for a talented Senior Product Operations Manager to help shape two core areas of that operating system: our Product Governance and Product Development Lifecycle. You will help build a standardized, scalable lifecycle that gives teams a shared source of truth from discovery through launch and post-launch. You’ll also build the internal rhythms, resources, and tools that keep Product coordinated and moving forward. We use AI and automation wherever they can reduce manual work, and you will play a key role in designing scalable, self-serve solutions in place of manual support.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, TPMs, Product leadership, Enablement, Lifecycle Marketing, and Finance. You will also lead high-impact, cross-functional special projects that are prioritized through our centralized intake process.
In return, you’ll gain visibility across the organization and be a key voice in shaping how Product operates at one of the most exciting companies in the industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Run the operating rhythm for the Product org, including coordinating the product planning process, Monthly Business Reviews, team meetings, and action-item tracking.
- Build and maintain a task-based onboarding path for new PMs, along with a managed resource hub for the Product org.
- Govern the Product tool stack. This includes managing permissions and licenses, standardizing access requests, and running recurring usage and billing reviews.
- Identify manual work across the Product org and replace it with AI-assisted automation, templates, and self-serve tools.
- Help define, document, and evolve the product development lifecycle, including stage gates, exit criteria, and the cross-functional operating model that moves work from discovery through launch and post-launch.
- Build and improve launch readiness workflows, including the automation of cross-team work.
- Build the playbooks for New Product Introductions and betas so PM-owned launches are consistent, repeatable, and self-serve.
- Support the International Product team by leading special projects, coordinating stakeholders, milestones, and dependencies across the business.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience organizing strategic initiatives or operations for technical or Product organizations.
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and scaling processes that improve team efficiency.
- Familiarity with product development lifecycles, stage-gate processes, and launch readiness in a software and/or hardware environment.
- Experience owning internal tools, systems, and documentation for a team or organization, with comfort learning new platforms quickly.
- An automation-first mindset, with hands-on experience using AI tools, workflows, or no-code automation to eliminate manual work.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decisions. Proficiency in SQL or BI tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to tailor messages for PMs, engineers, and leadership.
- Proven experience driving projects end-to-end and fostering collaboration across organizations at all levels.
- A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and works independently without day-to-day direction.
- Experience working effectively with distributed, global teams.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this role
