About this Senior Product Marketing Manager, Navan Expense role at Navan

Navan · Onsite · Tel-Aviv, Israel

Navan brings business travel and expense management together in one platform. We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help finance teams and employees understand the value of Navan Expense and make managing business expenses simpler.

You will lead product marketing for Navan Expense, translating customer needs and product capabilities into clear positioning and campaigns that build awareness, support adoption, and drive growth. You’ll help ensure our story is consistent across customer and internal touchpoints.

This is a high-impact role with broad ownership. You’ll work closely with Product, Leadership, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Data, and Legal, bringing customer and market insight into how we communicate Navan Expense and support its growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the Navan Expense narrative: develop clear positioning, messaging, customer promise, and value propositions for finance leaders, accounting teams, travel managers, and employees.
  • Lead go-to-market programs: plan campaigns and feature introductions, define target audiences, and coordinate execution across relevant channels and teams.
  • Become an expert on customers and the market: conduct customer interviews, competitive research, win/loss analysis, and market listening. Translate findings into practical recommendations.
  • Connect customer insight to product decisions: identify customer needs, objections, and opportunities, and share clear recommendations with Product and company leadership.
  • Guide the customer journey: shape messaging across web, lifecycle, in-product experiences, campaigns, and sales conversations. Use research and performance signals to improve clarity and effectiveness.
  • Enable Sales and Customer Success: create playbooks, talk tracks, competitive guidance, and collateral that help teams explain the product’s value.
  • Build customer and partner advocacy: work with customer marketing and ecosystem teams to develop proof points, references, and relevant partner programs.
  • Keep messaging clear and credible: collaborate with Product, Legal, Marketing, and external partners to ensure claims are accurate and appropriate for each audience and market.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, including positioning, launches, and growth work for B2B SaaS or technology products.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience leading cross-functional work.
  • Experience in expense management, spend management, corporate cards, accounting or ERP software, business travel, or an adjacent fintech category is a strong advantage.
  • Experience applying product-led growth (PLG) principles is an advantage, especially through onboarding, in-product education, lifecycle messaging, and product usage insights that help users reach value, improve activation, and support scalable adoption.
  • A track record of turning complex products and workflows into clear, differentiated customer stories and measurable marketing outcomes.
  • Understanding of finance workflows such as expense policy, receipt capture, approvals, reimbursements, reconciliation, and accounting-system connections.
  • Excellent English writing, storytelling, copywriting, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to create narrative-driven materials for customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong customer advocacy skills: you listen to customers, understand motivations and objections, and turn insights into useful recommendations.
  • Comfort with qualitative and quantitative research, funnel metrics, experimentation, and using market signals to guide priorities.
  • Practical fluency with AI tools to accelerate research and content workflows while maintaining a high quality bar.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver through complex cross-functional environments.

ABOUT TRIPACTIONS

TripActions is the fastest-growing corporate travel platform disrupting a $1.5T industry and shaping the future of business travel.

TripActions is a story of inspiration born of frustration. Road warriors and co-founders Ariel Cohen and Ilan Twig believed that companies deserved a travel solution that takes the pain out of work trips –– so that their travelers can focus on being productive and meeting in-person, not wasting valuable time booking travel. So in 2015, they created TripActions. Since then, we’ve been a mission to power the face-to-face, in-person connections that move people, ideas and businesses forward.

TripActions’ platform offers a vast selection of inventory that travelers can choose from, a personalized, intuitive user interface driven by machine learning, and 24/7 proactive real human, customer support. Companies enjoy complete travel program visibility, over 30% cost savings on average and seamless integrations with their HR and expense systems.

Globally, TripActions has grown to over 600 employees across 7 offices in 4 countries. We support over 1,500 customers, with innovative brands like Lyft, Dropbox, Sara Lee Frozen Bakery, Allbirds, Robinhood and the ACLU relying on TripActions for their business travel needs. As one of Silicon Valley’s newest “unicorns”, TripActions has a valuation north of $1B and a total of $232M in funding. We’ve recently received $154M in our Series C funding round –– led by new investor Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from repeat investors Lightspeed Venture Partners, Zeev Ventures and SGVC.

TripActions was recently recognized as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies for 2019, #12 in LinkedIn’s Top Startups 2018 and #3 in the U.S. for Happiest Employees by Comparably.

We’re redefining what it means to travel for work. Come help us build the future of business travel.
