WE WANT PEOPLE WHO ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT PRODUCT MARKETING

We are looking for a results-driven and strategically minded Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the positioning, go-to-market execution for Catapult’s Tactics & Coaching (T&C) product portfolio across American Football, Basketball, and Ice Hockey.

Based in Boston, you'll own go-to-market for Catapult’s Tactics & Coaching (T&C) product portfolio, developing clear positioning and value propositions, and driving launches that contribute to pipeline and revenue.  You will partner closely with Product and Sales to ensure T&C solutions are clearly positioned in the market and that campaigns and product launches are effective in driving demand and revenue. In addition, you will help define the processes, standards and operating rhythms that support consistent and high-quality product marketing execution across the portfolio.

This role suits someone who blends strong storytelling with a commercial mindset - able to write compelling positioning and messaging, and turn that into campaigns that run effectively and drive results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Vertical Ownership – Tactics & Coaching

  • Own go-to-market launch strategy and execution for Tactics & Coaching products
  • Develop and maintain clear positioning and value propositions for the T&C portfolio
  • Build and maintain vertical messaging architecture that communicates product value to target audiences
  • Monitor and maintain competitive intelligence and positioning across the T&C market landscape
  • Capture and synthesise sales and market feedback to inform positioning, messaging and GTM improvements
  • Continuously evolve the product narrative by integrating product updates, customer feedback and market insights into positioning and messaging

PMM Governance & Standards

  • Own the T&C launch governance process, ensuring launches are coordinated effectively across teams
  • Act as operational owner of the Global Marketing Calendar, sequencing launches and marketing activity across the portfolio
  • Ensure cross-vertical messaging consistency across product marketing outputs
  • Define and uphold the quality bar and best practices for Product Marketing deliverables

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Extensive experience in Product Marketing, Product Management or related GTM roles. You have likely gained experience through working in a similar role already in a scale-up or start-up environment, working directly with Founders, or senior leadership and owning initiatives end-to-end
  • Strong ability to translate complex technology into clear and compelling customer value propositions
  • Strong writing skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Commercial mindset with interest in market dynamics and competitive positioning
  • Willingness to travel and support events outside standard business hours when required

WHAT YOUR SUCCESS WILL LOOK LIKE

  • In 6 months’ time
    • T&C product positioning and messaging are clearly defined and consistently used across GTM activities
    • Product launches are well coordinated and delivered with clear ownership and timelines
    • PMM frameworks and working practices are established across the team
  • In 12 months’ time
    • T&C products have strong and differentiated market positioning
