About this Senior Product Manager, Sales Engagement role at Zoom
What You Can Expect
As a Senior Product Manager for Sales Engagement, you’ll own and scale a core component of Zoom’s Revenue OS, building on recently launched AI-powered sequencing and multichannel engagement capabilities to define the next generation of intelligent outbound sales execution. This role blends deep product ownership with a strong commercial mindset, giving you the opportunity to shape a competitive, differentiated platform that helps revenue teams identify the right prospects, personalize outreach, automate execution, and generate more qualified pipeline. You’ll work alongside a fast-moving, collaborative team at the intersection of AI innovation and real-world customer impact. This is a hybrid position that requires on-site presence two (2) days per week at our Seattle, WA office. Remote arrangements are not available for this role.
About the Team
Zoom Revenue Accelerator is building the next generation of AI-powered Revenue OS, bringing together conversational intelligence, buyer signals, sales engagement, and AI-driven automation to transform how revenue teams work. The team is fast-moving and highly collaborative, focused on turning Zoom’s unique communications platform and rich customer context into intelligent workflows that help businesses generate pipeline, improve seller performance, and grow revenue. We work at the intersection of AI innovation and real-world customer impact, with the opportunity to shape a rapidly evolving product category at global scale.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end product experience for Sales Engagement, including AI sequencing, multichannel outreach, and engagement automation.
- Build intelligent workflows that leverage buyer signals, enrichment, and AI to improve prospecting and outbound execution.
- Develop deep, competitive capabilities across email, calling, task management, sequencing, and sales workflow integrations.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to deliver a compelling product and accelerate commercial traction.
- Drive product outcomes including adoption, engagement effectiveness, pipeline generation, customer retention, and revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated ownership of B2B SaaS products from strategy through commercialization.
- Deep familiarity with sales engagement, sales automation, CRM, or revenue technology; experience with platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of SDR/BDR workflows, outbound prospecting, and the metrics that drive pipeline generation.
- Experience leveraging AI to build intelligent automation and improve product development velocity.
- Strong execution skills, customer empathy, and the ability to deliver meaningful product depth in a competitive market.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
